There are 10 rooms in the house: 2 one bedroom flats suitable for single or double occupancy and 8 studio rooms for single occupancy. All rooms are en-suite, heated and decorated to a high level. The rooms are unfurnished, giving residents the opportunity to use their own furniture and keep it like their own home.
Residents have complete freedom to come and go as they please and to invite friends and family to visit.
The accommodation is positioned over two floors.
The House is fully managed and the building itself is maintained by Abbeyfield without any additional payment.
The house has a lovely enclosed garden to the rear of the property which also houses a newly refurbished conservatory and outside benches for residents to enjoy some time to sit a while in a peaceful setting. The garden is professionally maintained during the year.
In the house, the dining room is also equipped to serve as a very comfortable lounge and has a communal TV and DVD player for residents to share communal viewing of special events.
